Mr. Giri holds a Masters in Social Work-(MSW), and is a Graduate in Law (LL.B) from the University of Delhi, Mr. Giri is also practicing in the Supreme Court of India and is also a Special Public Prosecutor (SPP)-MEA and has extensive knowledge about corporate laws, social sector policy and statutory issues in the field of education. Mr. Giri is closely associated with some leading educational institutions in India in design and development of institutional processes and systems. Mr. Giri has been actively handling statutory matters concerning the rules and regulations in respect to regulatory authorities such as UGC, AICTE, DCI, PCI and various State Private University Acts. Mr.Giri has extensive practical knowledge about the various statutory process required to set up various types of educational institutions. Mr. Giri has been actively involved in advisory work in the field of education for over ten years.
